Let us know! Customer satisfaction is one of Gapph’s core values. We will make every effort to team up with you and solve any problem you may have.

What to do?

  • Mail your complaint/feedback to
  • You will receive confirmation of receipt within two working days.
  • Your complaint will be investigated and handled by an independent assistant of Gapph’s.
  • He or she may contact you by telephone to clarify any points that are still unclear.
  • We use the collected information to solve your complaint to your satisfaction and aim to do this within 10 working days. You will receive information about the proposed solution and/or our reply by email.
